  11. Ideal candidate will have a min 2-3 years experience providing

  13. Macintosh & PC support to Novell, Quick Mail, Meeting Maker, and  DCA
  14.  
  15. Gateways users.  Person will be responsible for troubleshooting
  16.  
  17. user's PC or Macintosh network related problems and serve as Help Desk
  18.  
  19. backup.  Person must also pocess strong DOS, System 6 & 7 operating
  20.  
  21. system knowledge.  Novell CNE certification is highly desired.  If
  22.  
  23. you have strong organizational, communication and judgment skills
  24.
